Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our fresh products and to ensure customer health and product quality, orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation, except in the case where the order is still in our warehouse and has not yet been shipped.
If there is a clear issue with the order (such as receiving the wrong product or a defective item), please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order to address the problem.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted only in case of an error with the order, and must be reported within the specified period through customer service.
If there is no response from the delivery company or if there was a mistake in the delivery address, additional delivery fees may apply or be deducted from any refunded amount.
Compensation Policy:
If compensation is due, it will be processed within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the type of case and the required procedures.
In some cases, shipping fees (25 SAR) may be deducted from the compensation amount, in accordance with the return policy.
